Bizarre Asian Beauty Gadgets Designed To Deliver Youth And Good Looks

No one would argue the fact that Tokyo, Japan is one of the most bustling, cosmopolitan cities around the world. The handsome, skyscraper city seems to get ahead of the trends in all facets of lifestyle, especially when it comes to Asian beauty.

We recently stumbled across the popular Tokyo online store called, JapanTrendShop.com

You will NOT believe some of the most bizarre + wildest beauty products the company sells, targeting Asian women and those who live here in the U.S. + U.K.

We cannot say these weird-looking products don't work, but see for yourself if you would shell out big bucks for some of these beauty gadgets.

Let's take a look, ladies:

Face Slimmer Exercise Mouthpiece

Beauty anti-aging anti-wrinkle muscle care

This is designed to LIFT sagging facial lines + muscles. All you need to devote is 3-minutes daily to achieve  slimmer, tauter facial contours..

Try Blue Eyeliner Across Lower Water Line for Added Pop!

If you've got brown eyes and sometimes feel left out when it comes to rocking bold eyeliner, then get ready to get B-L-U-E!

We LOVE the Spring 2016 beauty trend. And yes, it STILL looks amazing on ALL eye shades, but especially BROWN.

Kim Kardashian ALWAYS appears to be wearing the newest looks first, and she was already showing off blue eyeliner last April following her trip to Armenia.

Her fave makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic applied a bluish-green liquid liner on Kim's lower water line. Take a look here. It's so-oooooo pretty on her big brown eyes. (We want to steal this look.)

As long as you keep the rest of your palette simple, this will draw instant attention to your face.

The HOT color at the moment is electric blue, but  any shade of  blue-green or turquoise looks FAB, too.

The runways were keeping it true blue, at Diane von Furstenberg + Sonia Rykiel.

We found Electric Blue eyeliner for CHEAP ($6.39) at Drugstore.com.

Carrie Underwood Wows at ACMs with Glammed Up New Mom Haircut

Carrie Underwood ALWAYS seems to nail it on the red carpet, and at this evening's American Country Music Awards she looked gorg in a nude + gold beaded gown.

Plus, Carrie's recent "Mom Haircut" as she called it, looked super glam + sexy.

We LOVE her new lob cut---very flattering.

The mega star would spend 30 minutes blow-drying it, and she wanted to devote more time enjoying life with her little boy Isaiah.

"Now that my hair is shorter, it's easier to fix, which was the whole point," Carrie 33, told Elle magazine. Cutting my hair was a 'mom' move."

L'Oreal Introduces New Root Cover Up.....Bye-Bye Gray

We're hoping that gray hair can be eliminated somehow, someday. And no, we're not taking about those sexy men + women who look gorgeous in silver.

But for those of us who look LOUSY with gray strands invading our crowning glory, we're stuck with root touch-ups + hair dyes UNTIL a genius scientist can do better.

L'Oreal Paris has just launched a brand new temporary eliminator:

Root Cover Up with beautiful Eva Longoria in sexy ads for the spray-on product.

We have NOT tried this one yet, but an honest acquaintance of ours gave it 3 *** stars for it on her auburn hair.

My friend claims it COVERS well but feels like dry shampoo and can rub off a bit, if you touch your roots with your fingers and that hair gets STIFF sprayed with this.

We still think it's worth a try, because we ALL hate tell-tale roots, and UNTIL we can get them covered up, we NEED something to hide the evidence.

We found the cans at Walmart for 9.97 for a small, 2 oz. can.

Yes, we are going to try this NEW L'Oreal Root Cover Up. Might be a bit messy spraying this around a room, but hey....it's better than spotting our skunk stripe a mile away.

If you've tried Root Cover Up, tell us what you, think, ladies.

Discovering A Beautiful Complexion Through Tea Milk Skincare - Part 1

Here at BeautyTipToday.com, we are obsessed with skin care, and have come to learn that a beautiful complexion is NOT a given. We all actually have to work hard at creating flawless skin and maintaining it throughout life.

That's why we get happy inside when we discover brand new skin care systems like this one by TeaMilkSkincare.com.

More about Tea Milk Skincare in a moment.

We have mentioned here, again and again, that we believe in Retin-A to repair damaged skin + encourage new cell growth. And the many clinical trials seem to support this information.
.
But Retin-A is NOT perfect. It can be harsh, difficult to adopt a steady routine with, it's pricey, and you have to apply it for life for it to keep working. If you over-use it, which we have done on occasion, it can deliver, red, almost leathery skin until it calms down again.

So, when Jenn Wei, the founder of Tea Milk Skincare kindly sent us her favorite Tea Milk products to try, we were excited. If you're looking for CLEAN,  NATURAL ingredients which offer complexion benefits, then keep reading.

We believe Asian women hold valuable secrets about healthy, youthful skin. Jenn's website is very educational, and we learned plenty here at her blog.

PEARL POWDER is one magic element Asian women have used for many, many generations to boost collagen production. It's rich in amino acids + calcium.

It's in TeaMilk's Pearl & Jasmine Anti-Aging Eye Cream ($28).

MATCHA GREEN TEA is another superb ingredient, because it contains plenty of amino acids + anti-oxidants to battle inflammation, wrinkles, sun damage + sagging skin.

It's in Tea Milk's Matcha Pore Minimizing Face Mask ($25).

We LOVE that Tea Milk Skincare is providing all natural products. For example, the company sources whole leaf tea MINUS chemicals right from artisan farmers in Asia.

In Discovering Tea Milk Skincare - Part 2, we will tell you what we think of their skin care products.

Stay tuned.
