The 34-year-old mom to little North is now pregnant with a baby boy.
Kim recently made some key statements regarding her beauty routine now that she is expecting once again. She included this photo from her up + coming website KimKardashianWest.com.
And according to the dermal experts out there, Kim is telling it like it is, at least for part of the story.
Read this:
"No I don't do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting," she explained in an Instagram snap she posted on July 3rd..
"You would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!"
And most doctors would AGREE. We found these opinions from RealSelf.com.
"Injections of cosmetic hyaluronic acid are not recommended during pregnancy. There are no studies to show that it will affect the pregnancy but there is no reason to take a risk to your baby. You will be glowing from being pregnant and should wait until after you have the baby. You don't want to run the risk of getting an infection or a bleed or anything else that might impact your pregnancy."

But here is where Kim Kardashian says something else about the pregnancy facial appearance, that has thrown off a lot of people:
Kim added: "Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller and my lips swell up."
There are many pregnant women who do NOT agree with Kim's assessment here.
We are not going to judge. And there are others gossiping that the star isn't even expecting and secretly using a surrogate.
Wow. We don't believe that.
What's interesting in Kim's admission here is her teasing that she DOES get facial fillers + Botox, but only when she is NOT pregnant.
Hmmm.
It is hard, "Keeping up with ALL the Kardashians these days."
What do you think? Can a pregnant woman's face really change like Kim K is telling us?
