We wish we had
vintage Elizabeth Taylor brows.
Who woudn't?
The
late, beautiful Hollywood legend had PERFECT,
full, natural brows.
Brows are NOT our
best feature.
Although ours are growing in
slowly but surely, we've had
thyroid issues, plus we used to OVER-pluck back in the day......so......we need a
little help in the
brow dept..
Yes, There are TONS of
brow products out there---
powders, gels, tints, waxes, pencils, etc..
And these
brow boosters can be quite
intimidating to try.
At the
moment, we are using a
brow pencil.
Lots of
hits + misses.
Some mistakes. Others
too expensive and so on....
Our
advice. If you are going to dress up your
brows with PENCIL, use one with a
waxy base. That
feature helps adhere the
pencil to the
little brow hairs and helps
brows look
more natural + real. Plus, the
wax lasts until you remove
makeup at
night.
Here is
one brand with a
waxy formula:
Prestige Browliner ($6.31 + FREE shipping) at
Amazon.
The
brow pencil comes in
3 shades---TAUPE, BLONDE, or EARTH BROWN.
This is a
good, beauty buy. The
brow pencil isn't
perfect, but it works
well, even as
well as
$25 pencils.
