Dr. Frederic Brandt Passes Away: Field Of Dermatology Less Brighter

We were saddened to learn yesterday of Dr. Frederic Brandt's untimely passing.

He was a brilliant, Miami-based dermatologist with an A-list celebrity following. Kelly Ripa, Gwyneth Paltrow + Madonna were 3 big fans.

We were fortunate to interview him by email several years ago; he was tough to nail down for a lengthy talk, because he was super busy.

Dr. Brandt started playing around with BOTOX before it was acceptable by huge numbers, and he also featured an incredible line of effective, skin care products.
