Soft Pink Coat Like Kim Kardashian's: Must-Have For Fall/Winter Fashion

Soft pink is right on trend for Fall/Winter 2014-2105. It's a BIG color this season. And when it's a pale pink, the pastel shade is even more flattering to all.

Reality star Kim Kardashian was one of the first fashionable ladies to slip into an over-sized pink, cozy coat months before. We happen to LOVE this look on the glamorous Mrs. West.

The BIG coat is so IN at the moment and it looks like classic, old Hollywood.

Asos is featuring 109 pink coats/jackets here at their Asos website.

This one is on SALE for $145.92.

Plus, we found a pink pretty coat at Forever 21 for just $47.90.

What do you think?

Does soft pink, er stink?

Or do you feel pretty in pink this Fall/Winter?

Cold, Howling Winds: Put On A Great, Glam Scarf!

The winds are fierce + nasty today, at least here in the northeast, all the better excuse for a warm, cozy scarf.

Scarves NEVER seem to go OUT of style. But for fall/winter 2014-2015, the scarf is a HOT fashion trend. Chunky, patterned, fur, infinity style.....you name it....If you can wrap it around your neck, you WILL look fab this season.

Michael Kors, Fendi, Marc Jacobs and lots of other designers were showing off models bundled up on the runway.

Even actress Julia Roberts looked great--comfortably casual wrapped in a thick, long scarf as she strolled through Malibu with her mom Betty.

You can hunt down a great scarf most anywhere.  We LOVE this chunky, hand-made infinity scarf from the WomanStyleShop from Turkey ($34).

Can you say glam + gorgeous?!

Earlobe Rejuvenation: Newest Cosmetic Filler Trend For Perkier, Younger-Looking Lobes

Good Morning America aired a segment today about the newest, cosmetic beauty trend---earlobe rejuvenation.

Now we have to worry about pretty earlobes. Is that how far we've gone? Or sunk?

Apparently so....and yes, there is such a procedure, and we were writing about this so-called beauty trend way-yyyy back in 2008. There was a suburban Philadelphia plastic surgeon named Dr. Allan E. Wulc who was the pioneer of this quick, filler procedure designed to give a plumpness, perkiness and younger look to sagging lobes or damaged pierced earring holes.

As we get older, unfortunately, even our ear lobes can thin out, sag, and look elongated. And wearing heavy, BIG earrings further exaggerates the sagging lobe. Our earlobes don’t have the firm tissue found on other parts of the body. So, even creases can form on the earlobes with time.

The hyaluronic cosmetic fillers used for adding volume to the face, are now being used  to rejuvenate the often-ignored, humble earlobe. Injections are generally done at the base of the lobe.

So, after a few quick shots of Restylane into the earlobes, voila! Lobes look more youthful.

You can even go back to wearing those heavy chandelier earrings with ease + comfort, because you now have a plumper ear cushion.

Think of the procedure as a lunchtime earlobe lift. Plus the results should last about one year.

We found a great YouTube demo on the earlobe rejuvenation procedure. Click here.

Would you get an earlobe rejuvenation?

Health insurance usually does NOT cover this cosmetic procedure, and it can cost about $500 or more for this repair/rejuvenation.

Hair Alert!! Garnier Fructis Debuts Textured + Teased In A Can--New Spray

LOVE when beauty companies debut brand new styling products. This time it's from Garnier Fructis, whose hair formulas always smell amazing, by the way.

Say HELLO to De-Constructed Texture Tease Dry Touch Finish Spray ($3.49, at Target. Small can, though, at 3.8 oz.).

This stuff sounds intriguing on paper, at least. And yes, we will certainly try a can of it.

Texture Tease gives your hair an "airy, textured lift," that STAYS in place. A windblown look, if you will. Or a back-comb in a can.

Why waste your time on the big, manual tease, as pictured below, when you can just spray it on.

And if you need to make a quick ponytail with a little ooomph + height, this spray mimics that teased, fullness. So if you want to go all Ariana Grande wild with a high, big, bad pony, then  this dry touch finish spray gives your locks that extra, essential grip.

Garnier Fructis claims that De-Constructed Texture Spray performs magic with transparent gripping micro-mineral powders.

We just hope the formula isn't sticky or oily. But maybe just a few spritzes does the trick.

We all hate when our hair is TOO soft and can't hold on to style and just falls limp.

Allure magazine has given this hair styling product their "Best of Beauty 2014 Award."

Now, that's a good sign.

Lash Primer: Excellent At Exaggerating The Volume!

Want luxurious lashes, ladies?

Who doesn't
.

Then follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Curl lashes
2. Prime lashes
3. Appy mascara.

Prime? What's that all about?

Lash primer is not mandatory, BUT....If you desire longer, thicker lashes without wasting time putting on the faux ones, then this step is essential.

Curling lashes is ALWAYS key. It opens up the eyes and adds lift to the eye area, sending the lashes uniformly upward.

Lash Primer like Tarte MultiplEYE™ Lash Enhancing Primer is applied next in line. We found a tube at Sephora ($22).

Don't worry. Although lash primer is generally white, it dries clear + does NOT flake. Plus.....Tarte's Multip1EYE Primer can do this--- Clinically proven to immediately increase the appearance of lash volume by 739 percent, while also increasing the appearance of lash length with regular use.

Apply lash primer like you would mascara, but DON't use a heavy hand. Just swipe on a coat, take a lash comb to pull through, so toevenly disperse the lash primer.

Allow to dry---a few seconds.

Then, for the final step, apply your fave mascara---2 coats and you're good to go!

If you are hesitant to spend the pricey $22 on Tarte's lash primer, you could also try this for a lot less:

Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara ($3.97, at Walmart).

Yes...You can use this as your lash primer. The clear formula will coat lashes with added volume without the white coating. Let it dry.

Then just add black mascara and you get nice volume for doll lashes!
