DWTS Judge Julianne Hough Reaches New Low: Bosom On Parade

We think Julianne Hough is a wonderful addition to the "Dancing with the Star's panel of judges this season.

But---- dressing the young star in an extremely low-cut dress was in bad taste.

We aren't sure how far suspended up Julianne's bosom was, but it looked liked push-up bra city.

Julianne Hough is too good for that almost vulgar display during last evening's season premiere.

We will be tuning in again this evening, just to see if her stylists have toned down the tart star image. Julianne doesn't have to go down that route. She's a two-time DWTS champion.

Just tuned in....wearing a black lace, conservative top up to the neck.

It's healthy to be glam + sexy, but there is a fine line for good taste.

Maybe we're just being dorky and square, but the look was well, weird.

Butterflies have been the delicate, go-to image for Summer 2014.

Remember Kim Kardashian's super expensive, butterflies gown by Valentino? She wore that pre-wedding as she strolled along the Italian cobblestone streets pushing baby North's stroller.

We absolutely ADORE mascara. Cannot, repeat, cannot live without.

So, each time a brand new mascara hits store shelves, we are on it!

We have not tried it out yet, but maybe some of you already have.

So...does this new mascara deliver the promised punch of incredible volume + length?

Well, we've seen 5 ULTA customer reviews and the beauty score is ho-hum at a 2.8*** out of a possible 5*****.

Hmmm. Well, mascara is a personal thing for each woman who wears it. In other words, some prefer thin formula and others like the thicker, clumpy version.

We might enjoy this new mascara, because we prefer a thicker formula.

Fresh From The Sea: Mermaid Waves Hair Trend For Fall/Winter 2014-2015

Whether your hair is chin length, super long and/or with bangs, mermaid waves are THE hot trend for Fall/Winter 2014-2015.

That's coming straight from the runways. Here is Armani's take on mermaid tresses:

And we LOVE the style It's a bit boho, relaxed, romantic + sexy and not trying too hard.

Take a cue from ageless Sandra Bullock. We like the Oscar winner's mermaid waves. The look softens what could be considered a severe center part.

Mermaid waves do NOT have to appear so perfectly. The waves can be loose + irregular. There is no one correct way to achieve this wavy volume.

All you need to create mermaid waves quickly is a curling iron.  To accentuate the cheekbones, begin the curling below the eyes as we see in Sandra's photo. After curling, mist hair with a light hairspray, and once hair cools, gently brush.

You could also plait damp hair before going to bed. In the morning, remove the braids and end up with lots of fresh from the sea waves + texture.
