Elizabeth Hurley: Stunning At 48 With Minimal Wrinkles

We saw a very recent snapshot of British beauty Elizabeth Hurley. We've always been a big fan of hers. She's just stunning. Period.

And at 48-years-old, well, girlfriend looks amazing! We enjoyed noticing, if we can use that verb, that the English actress has a few crow's feet.

Our eyes age particularly fast, because the skin around and under them is dry, delicate + very thin. So thin, about 4X thinner than anywhere else on the face. Now that should frighten us all!

So, at 48, we would argue that EVERYONE, no matter how gorgeous, is apt to see a few crow's feet...And some women see them much sooner, if we can single out, beautiful Heidi Klum.

Yes, if you smoke, you will usually develop crow's feet quicker than non-smokersHeidi + Elizabeth are smokers. But.....we all get these pesky lines around the outer eyes + under as we age.

One clever trick...Try a cat eye, which extends the eyeliner above +beyond the shape of the natural eye. It will blend in with the crow's and mask them a bit. We do that....

Also....PLEASE... invest in an eye cream, which is specially formulated to target that dry, delicate area of skin.

Estee Lauder has a wonderful eye cream called Advanced Night Repair Eye ($55). It's a silky serum-gel.

Taylor Swift: Blonde, Bangs, Layered Hairstyle...And Oh Yeah...Those Red Lips!

Singing superstar Taylor Swift has made her bangs + a new sleek, layered hairstyle her signature look.

Don't forget....those glam red lips, too!

We like the face-framing layers she has recently added to her long, straight hair. Can you say, gorgeous! We also like the side part with the blunt bangs and layers that hug the cheekbones down to the neck. We are also loving the soft, ashy blonde shade.

For years, the 23-year-old talent wore her mane in a very curly do.

But she has definitely grown-up, and has shown the world her beauty + style sophistication.

Taylor has always nailed it on the red carpet, and lately, the award-winning singer has really developed such polish.

She knows what works for her classic features and slender, tall figure.

Taylor is also a savvy, young businesswoman. Take a look at her 3rd + latest new fragrance:

Critics Say Gisele Not Pretty Enough But Tops Forbes' Highest Paid Models List Once Again

Mention the name, Gisele Bundchen, and some eyes roll.

Gisele seems to have a lot of haters, and many of them appear to be other women. Why? We're not sure.

Maybe because she is married to hunky Patriots quarterback Tom Brady?

Well, that wouldn't be the sole reason.

The Brazilian beauty is a very wealthy woman who is paid for her looks. Period.

And there are a number of people who don't believe that Gisele is pretty enough to model.
Today, Forbes magazine has announced that Gisele Bundchen has once again.....topped the highest paid model in the world list for the 7th year-in-a-row!

The sexy 33-year-old mother-of-two laughed all the way to the bank, earning $42 million in the fiscal year ending June 2013.

So, haters...Hate if you will, but Gisele probably doesn't care.

We find it refreshing that Gisele has a bigger nose, and that her features aren't so perfectly balanced.

Should European-type faces be deemed inferior?

For instance, why is the Christie Brinkley look STILL the gold standard in our country + culture?

It's pretty pathetic when haters applaud the iconic model, Christie, and then put down her exotic-looking daughter Alexa, claiming the younger didn't inherit the looks from her mother. As if Alexa's unique beauty is somehow less acceptable.
Just our humble opinion. We think there's plenty of room in the world for those who look like Gisele and Alexa.

Don't you?

Check out Gisele's Twitter page.

Getting Every Last Precious Drop---Try MakeupMiser To Scoop It Out!

You know you've done it.....Maybe you won't admit it....but we've done it..... Squeeze EVERY last precious drop of makeup or beauty cream out of an 'ill-fitting bottle.'

Thank goodness a very smart woman has come to the beauty rescue! Michelle C. Phillips, a licensed esthetician, has created the Makeup Miser.

It's a little kit containing 3 flexible, usable spatulas in 3 convenient sizes. These clever little beauty scoopers can dig deep around the sides + bottoms of all kinds of makeup + skin care bottles to retrieve EVERY drop + millimeter volume of your favorite products.

How many times have you contorted tubes in every which way, or even broken bottles/jars to get those final few drops of product?

Our expensive tube of Retin-A was down to its last amount. We cut below the tube's screw cap and carefully inserted the MakeupMiser to scoop up a generous amount of dwindling Retin-A.

These beauty spatulas REALLY work. We also used the long handle of the MakeupMiser to retrieve an expensive body wash, settled at the bottom of an oddly-shaped bottle.

Let's face it.....beauty products can be expensive, or can come packaged in ridiculously-shaped bottle/jars/tubes, and you know by looking at them, that you're going to miss the entire contents, because you can't get every drop out.

MakeupMiser is a super invention. Period. And for LESS than $15, you'd be a fool not to try out these handy spatulas. Check them out here.

Looking For A Tinted Sunscreen With A Strong SPF? We've Got One!

Hot, humid weather does a number on our complexions. And if you're wearing makeup on a very muggy day, well, we don't have to remind you that there's nothing pretty about that.

Some women feel like they've got a mask on, because foundations can appear heavy. And yet---most of us really want the protection from the sun. Well, we might have an answer....

How about a cc cream?

That's right...the Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care Company is proud of its new complexion corrector product made with the Amazonian super berry--Camu Camu, which happens to have 30 times the Vitamin C of an orange. And we know how precious Vitamin C is for the skin.
.
The CC Cream has been out for about 3 months now. And we like what we see:

What's not to love?

PTR's CC Cream offer lots of benefits in the way of a tinted, anti-aging sunscreen. And it looks like foundation. Too bad, the cream only comes in 3 shades: light to medium. medium to tan. deep.

You can buy CC Cream here at sephora, $48.
