We saw a
very recent snapshot of
British beauty Elizabeth Hurley. We've always been a
big fan of hers. She's
just stunning. Period.
And at
48-years-old, well,
girlfriend looks
amazing!
We enjoyed noticing, if we can use that
verb, that the
English actress has a
few crow's feet.
Our
eyes age
particularly fast, because the
skin around and
under them is
dry, delicate + very thin. So
thin, about
4X thinner than anywhere else on the
face. Now that should frighten us all!
So, at
48, we would argue that EVERYONE, no matter how
gorgeous, is apt to see a
few crow's feet...And some women see them much sooner, if we can single out,
beautiful Heidi Klum.
Yes, if you smoke, you will
usually develop
crow's feet quicker than
non-smokers.
Heidi + Elizabeth are
smokers. But.....we all get these
pesky lines around the
outer eyes + under as we age.
One
clever trick...Try a
cat eye, which extends the
eyeliner above +beyond the
shape of the
natural eye. It will blend in with the
crow's and mask them a bit. We do that....
Also....PLEASE... invest in an
eye cream, which is
specially formulated to target that
dry, delicate area of
skin.
Estee Lauder has a
wonderful eye cream called
Advanced Night Repair Eye ($55). It's a
silky serum-gel.
