Ciara Shows Off Perfectly Toned Arms: Boxing Work-Outs Key

WOW. Just wow!

We have gone on + on before about singer Ciara's gorgeous, perfectly-toned arms.

And then we saw photos again, and well, we had to read up on how the superstar maintains that SEXY body, especially those KILLER arms!



Ciara's arms are slender, but more importantly--- hers are lean + muscular with GREAT definition.

So, how do you get Ciara's buff biceps + triceps? We like to use small dumbbells. But Ciara's secret is in the boxing ring.

She tells Shape Mag's September issue this when working out with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson:

".....Hour-long plyometric cardio circuit using boxing elements," which Ciara loves because ..."you're getting three-in-one training: It's hitting your muscles; it's a cardiovascular workout; and it's a mental exercise..."

..."You have to be superfocused when you're boxing. After I've done a few rounds, I feel as if I can conquer the world."
