Jessica Alba's Diet Secrets: Dinner Salads + Gallons Of Cholula Hot Sauce

Jessica Alba appears to live a clean life. She's married, a mom of two adorable little daughters, has a great career, etc.

In other words, you NEVER hear about Jessica Alba falling over in a bar or getting caught doing bad things .

Plus, girlfriend ALWAYS looks flawless on the red carpet.


So what is her secret?

Well, we don't know much about the pretty star, but we do know that she has a couple of diet secrets she revealed to Delish magazine recently:

SALADS for Dinner.

CHOLULA Hot Sauce.

Well, hot sauce does burn calories, so maybe that's a tip, plus she likes spicy food.


If we stopped by your house for dinner one weeknight, what would you probably be making?
"I try to always have a salad, and I always make my own salad dressing—it just tastes better. I'll often make a chicken quesadilla with corn tortillas—and gallons of hot sauce. Literally. It's like I'm trying to burn a hole through my stomach. It's so good. It's such a problem."

Well, it is true that HOT peppers can BURN fat. Read on what Dr. Oz has said about the magic ingredient that  revs up the metabolism:
"Capsaicin, the key substance that makes chili peppers hot, stimulates your "fight or flight" stress response and may increase metabolism by 23 percent. Peppers may even improve your muscle-to-fat ratio: Research suggests that capsaicin inhibits the generation of fat cells."
