Gwyneth Paltrow Claims Coconut Oil-Pulling For Whiter, Brighter Smile

Okay....The first thing---Does Gwyneth Paltrow have big, white, fake Hollywood teeth, or is that pretty smile all her own?

The actress did wear braces as a child; plus photos depicting the beauty's smile show what appear to be her natural teeth.

The reason we ponder is because the Academy award winner recently told E! News that she REALLY does use the ancient oil-plugging technique for a whiter, brighter smile:

"I just started ‘oil pulling’, which is when you swish coconut oil around [in your mouth] for 20 minutes, and it’s supposed to be great for oral health and making your teeth white."

Gwyneth is NOT alone. Lots of people believe in this ancient Ayurvedic treatment to turn up the DAZZLE.

Oil-pulling not only claims to WHITEN teeth, but to also keep gums healthy, prevent bad breath, remove bacteria + fungus from the mouth and so on.

How exactly do you oil-pull?

Check out this excellent how-to on YouTube with Dr. Josh Axe.

There you have it.

  2. I'll have to try oil pulling. I've read before that coconut oil is great for your teeth. It just hasn't been something that I've really tried out. Do I have to swish it in my mouth for twenty minutes? That seems like a long time, but if I only have to do it occasionally, then I wouldn't mind doing it. http://www.willowwestdental.com

  5. Why? Because there is an overarching Replica handbags desire by all high-end watch manufactures to keep pushing higher, despite there being few watch consumers (you know, the people handbag replica that make this entire industry go round) who care much for mega-complications in Replica watches UK oversized cases.Sure, I understand the desire to say to the world “hey, look what we did!”, Replica Watches but it is not by the biggest and baddest product that a brand Rolex Daytona is defined.
