So....What does this drugstore eye cream promise to deliver?

Smoother, Firmer skin in 4 weeks.
Visibly reduced dark circles.

Sounds fantastic to us. But it better contain some powerful ingredients to create this magic.

We believe that a lot of drugstore skin care products CAN make a difference in how your complexion looks.
