Let us be frank here. Yes, skinny jeans are so popular and make every gal look long + lean.
But we are so missing the boot cut jean. Please come back in style, boot cut!
We don't like the boyfriend cut. We've had a couple of pairs, but it just looks sloppy for us. And the flare jean is hot for some. Michael Kors is featuring a couple of flares but NO boot cut, just lots of the skinny jean + skinny pant.
We believe the slim-fitting boot cut jean (pants style) is the most flattering for the body when worn with higher heels/boots.
Celebs like Jennifer Aniston, Cindy Crawford, and Gisele Bundchen looked spectacular in their boot cut jeans back in 2013.
We have a pair of sexy boot cut jeans sitting in our closet. And yeah, we still put them on when we feel like it. And NO--- we don't look OUT of style. We still look fine.
Favorite college online shops like Alloy feature a variety of the boot cut jean for Fall 2014. At least college students express individual fashion trends, so we applaud them there.
Alloy, in fact, is selling 18 different boot cut jean styles at the moment.
Trends are great to follow, but personal style is also what makes each of us stand out.
Here's to the boot cut return hopefully, in one of these years.
