We happen to adore rock legend Ozzie's vivacious daughter + fashion critic, Kelly Osbourne.

We think she knows plenty about good taste + style....BUT------

When you live your life in the public and you have lots to say about how others dress + appear on the red carpet, then you, too, become fair game.

No, nothing wrong about running errands in clean sweat pants, tee + hoodie.

But the lilac locks (+ garish bold lips) are not pretty. It's been over-played. Time to put the Crayola crayon hair away!

The up-do looks very old-lady, and Miss Kelly, you are a young, cute 29-year-old woman.

Why age yourself some 20 years?
