Red NEVER goes out of fashion, but this season it's really HOT. And lately, that's the bold shade we're seeing many celebrities putting on. Jennifer Lopez knows that red means attention. And if anyone knows how to work a little red dress, it's Jenny-from-the-block.
If you DON'T want to be noticed, then, by all means, do NOT wear a red dress. This color definitely turns heads.
